Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and warrants the participant has read these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
2. Entry is open to all consumers purchasing Banana Boat products from Direct Chemist Outlet pharmacies during the promotional period. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating outlets and their agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child, stepchild, parent, step-parent, natural or adopted sibling, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew or first cousin.
3. To enter this Promotion, eligible pharmacies must, during the Promotion Period:
(a) build a store display for the Banana Boat range of products; and
(b) visit www.winwithbananaboat.com.au, follow the prompts to the entry page and complete in full an online form with their personal details (first name, last name, pharmacy name, email address, address, mobile number) and upload a photo of their store trade display during the Promotion Period.
4. The promotion is available for all Direct Chemist Outlet pharmacies selling the Banana Product Range. Online stores are not eligible. By participating in this promotion for any period, Pharmacies are not obliged nor bound to participate for the entire promotional period.
5. Pharmacies can enter the competition multiple times as long as each entry relates to a distinct store display.
6. Promotion commences 1/11/25 00:00 AEST and concludes 31/12/25 23:59:59 AEST. Promoter cannot accept liability for entries which are rejected because they are late, lost, incomplete or otherwise not able to be received.
7. Draws will take place at 10am (AEST) on January 12, 2026 at the Promoter's Office in New South Wales, 33 Devlin St Ryde NSW 2112. In the event of COVID-19 regulations preventing the draw at that location, an alternate suitable location will be determined by the promoter.
8. The winner will be randomly drawn from all the entries received.
